1. Accepting these terms
SpeakSynq is provided by Collabry, Barbaros, Şebboy Sk. No:4/1 İç Kapı No:1, 34758 Ataşehir/İstanbul, Türkiye. By using the site or app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
You must be at least 18, or have valid parent or guardian permission where you live, to create an account.
2. Purpose of the service
SpeakSynq is an educational tool for independent English speaking practice. It does not guarantee a particular language level, test result, job, or educational outcome and does not replace professional instruction or live tutoring.
We may change features over time, limit beta features, or temporarily interrupt them for maintenance and security.
3. Your account and security
- Provide accurate, current account information and keep your sign-in details confidential.
- Tell us promptly if you discover unauthorized account use.
- Do not damage the service, bypass security, automate abuse, or infringe another person's rights.
- Have the necessary rights and permissions for content you upload or add to a private practice set.
4. Content and intellectual property
Rights in the SpeakSynq name, design, software, and ready-made content belong to Collabry or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to access them for personal, non-commercial use.
You retain rights in your content. You allow us to host and process it as needed to provide the service, protect its security, and operate the features you select.
5. Third-party services
SpeakSynq may link to or use third-party services for functions such as authentication, storage, speech processing, embedded video, or analytics. Their availability and their own terms may apply separately.
For private YouTube practice, SpeakSynq does not copy or store YouTube audio or video. You are responsible for the video you add and your permission to access it.
6. Fees and changes
If we decide to offer a paid feature, we will clearly show the price and terms before a charge applies. We will not charge you without your express agreement.
7. Suspension, termination, and liability
We may restrict use or suspend an account that violates these terms or the law, creates a security risk, or harms others. You may close your account through the in-app deletion flow.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is,” without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected; except where liability cannot legally be limited, our liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law.
